A convenience store owner in Thermal, Calif. is installing bulletproof enclosures after a robbery on Saturday.  The Apple Market was robbed this past week by two armed men.

In an article published on MyDesert.com, the store owner, who wished to remain anonymous, said that he would be installing bulletproof glass to “partition off employees from others in the store.”

The store owner went on to say that although no one was injured, he’s not willing to take the risk going forward.  He planned to have the bulletproof glass enclosures installed as soon as possible.

Anyone with info on the robbery should call The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department at (760) 863-8990.
