Ballistic Security Glass
What type of bulletproof glass do I need?
The centerpiece of any effective bulletproof barrier system is a carefully selected choice of bulletproof glass. Your choice of glass impacts your protection level, as well as all of the other ballistic components you choose, such as bulletproof doors, frames, and accessories. Without a solid understanding of bulletproof glass, you’ll be vulnerable to costly mistakes and project delays. There are also widely-varying cost and lead time implications for each type of bulletproof glass product.

Our Bulletproof Glass Products
Total Security Solutions offers a full line of ballistic security glass. These materials are sold as a part of a bulletproof glass system, cut to size or by the sheet.

Bullet-Resistant Acrylic Security Glass
Bullet-resistant acrylic glass is available uncoated or with an abrasion-resistant coating, which increases durability against solvents, weather, and ultra violet light.

Polycarbonate Security Glass
Polycarbonate glass comes standard with abrasion-resistant coating, which increases durability against solvents, weather, and ultra violet light.

Ballistic Glass-Clad Polycarbonate
Glass-clad polycarbonate can be layered thicker and thicker to the highest-rated levels of bullet resistance. However it should be noted that it suffers from poor light-transmission.

DEFENDER Ballistic Insulated Glass
Ballistic insulated glass easily retrofits into existing window frames, is low maintenance and has superior light transmission to other types of ballistic glass.
