20 Years of Protecting What Matters Most

When Jim Richards and his father founded TSS in 2004, bulletproof barriers were primarily used in banks and pawn shops to protect cash. Richards quickly realized that these barriers were about much more than safeguarding valuables; they should protect the people behind the glass. Today, TSS builds ballistic barriers for everyone, from schools and churches to federal government facilities. The team has designed and installed complex interior-exterior systems for multinational corporations and engineered one-of-a-kind mobile barrier systems for dignitaries.
